• Where Can I Find "Current Address" Information?

Answer: QuickTracer list packages contain the exact data that HUD/FHA makes available to the public. This includes the FHA case number, claimant name(s), property address, date acquired, and refund amount.

The FHA case number is the case number needed for the Tracer Found Case form. The property address is the address for where the HUD/FHA insured mortgage was paid off. The date acquired is the date the refund became available and the refund amount is the amount of refund due to the claimant(s)

The current address is the address that is printed on the labels when completing mailings. This address is more often NOT going to be the (current) address for where a claimant currently resides.

It is the responsibility of the "Refund Processor" to locate the current address for a given case record. Strategies for locating this address are instructed by specialized Tracer Refund Guides that are available from certain training companies. If you do not have a current training system, please contact our sales department for additional information or visit (NCIS ONLINE) our "Exclusive" QuickTracer distributor's website at:

If you have questions about how to find the current address of a claimant, please contact the company you purchased your refund (tracer) training guide from. QuickTracer cannot help you find current addresses. We are a software company and do not have the experience to help with addresses or other related questions to the refund claim process.
