• Where Are The Current Addresses?

Answer: QuickTracer HUD list packages contain the exact same data elements that HUD/FHA makes available under US law. This includes the FHA case number, claimant name(s), property address, date acquired, and refund amount.

    The
FHA case number is the case number needed for the Tracer Found Case form. The property address is the address for where the HUD/FHA insured mortgage was paid off. The date acquired is the date the refund became available for a refund and the refund amount is the amount of refund due to the claimant(s)

When using QuickTracer Pro software, the
current address is the address that is printed on the labels when printing mailings. The property address is more often than not going to be the current address for where a refund claimant currently resides. It is the responsibility of the Third Party Tracer to locate the current address for a given case record. Strategies for locating current addresses are explained in specialized Tracer Refund Guides. If you do not currently have a Tracer Refund Guide, please contact Nationwide Consumer Information Service for additional information on how to obtain a Third Party Tracer Guide.
