    Answer: QuickTracer software works very hard to ensure that you receive the very best in quality and functionality from each of our products.

    QuickTracer.com is a software publishing company and as such, has licensed other third party companies rights to distribute and/or sell QuickTracer. These companies are not directly related to QuickTracer Software. For obvious reasons, we can not refund monies that are paid to other companies.

    Please also note that while we do not offer refunds on QuickTracer software products, we do     guaranty the media the product(s) are delivered on for 90 Days. For defective CD returns, please contact the company you have purchased the software from and request a new CD. We can only replace CDs that have been purchased directly through our online QT Store. Their may be a charge for shipping and handling on certain CD returns.
