• Why Are My Address Labels Not Printing?

    Answer: The mailing address labels prints the information from the current address fields for a given record. The HUD list information does not include this address. HUD/FHA only provides the property address for the HUD lists and the user must will need to provide the current address in each record that you are going to print labels for. Please be sure you have entered the current address for the records you are printing labels to. If you are only getting the claimant name to appear on your envelopes or labels it is likely that the current address has not been completed for those records.

    Envelopes: Our current version of QuickTracer does not allow for modification to the envelope template that is built into the software (i.e., there is no way to add information other than what prints from the claimant name, address, and return address information from the setup window in QuickTracer).

    You can change the Tracer information that prints on the     return address portion of the envelope by checking or un-checking the Print Return Address on Envelopes checkbox, from the QuickTracer Setup window.
