• About Our Free List updates?

    Answer:

    Free updates to our QuickTracer HUD lists are provided as a complementary service to our customers. Customers can check for updates to our lists by accessing our customer area page on our website and can request an update to the lists form our support form, please be sure to include your purchase codes and State names for the lists that you are requesting updates for.

    Please note: QuickTracer HUD list purchases are for a license to download the current shipping list for a given list package at the time of purchase. We work very hard to provide the best lists you can get anywhere. We strive to provide the most updated HUD lists that are available to us when we fill our list orders from new purchases. Please note that our list sales are not for a membership and that any updates we give away for lists that our customers purchase are complementary in nature and not part of the purchase.

    When updating your HUD lists from within QuickTracer Pro software, only the new list records are added to your QuickTracer software. QuickTracer does not modify any of the existing record information from previous lists that you may have in your QuickTracer database.

    You will need a valid list purchase code to access a given list package. Unless noted otherwise, the purchase codes will be the same codes from your original purchase.

    Please also be sure to read our     "terms of use" and "privacy statement" from the link at bottom menu of our web pages. QuickTracer reserves the right to stop providing the Free updates to the lists as this is not a subscription service.
