Answer: See the on-line documents section on the our Support page for information on the signature file. We have download links on our website for both the QuickTracer Signature form and instructions for loading the signature into QuickTracer to use in the program.
Please Note:
We only recommend using the scanned signature in letters and not for your actual contacts with the Mortgagor as you may need to have those contracts notarized and may be required to sign those documents in front of a notary public.
With that said, you are free to add the signature to any documents in QuickTracer that you want to. Placing the signature on an existing signature line in a contract may take adjusting the format of that document. Getting everything to fit on a page is something that you would need to work on as we can not adjust any of the documents for you.

Restore Your QuickTracer Documents :
If you change any of the documents in QuickTracer and later want to restore them back to the original format that they were in when you installed the software, you can do this from the
Setup windows, "
Load Default Letters" button. The "Setup" menu is located under the file menu within QuickTracer.
